These Terms explain the rules that apply when you use TalkPro for simulated voice practice, uploaded context, transcripts, shared links, billing, and coaching reports.

Using TalkPro
TalkPro provides AI-powered voice practice, simulated conversation partners, transcripts, and coaching reports for business and professional communication practice.
By using TalkPro, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use TalkPro on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by law in your location, to use TalkPro.
You may not use TalkPro if you are barred from using the service under applicable law or if we have previously suspended or terminated your access for misuse.
Acceptable Use
You may not use TalkPro to break the law, infringe others' rights, harass or threaten people, generate deceptive content, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or bypass usage limits.
You may not upload or provide content that you do not have permission to use, including confidential, proprietary, regulated, or third-party material where your use would violate an agreement or law.
You may not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or abuse TalkPro except where applicable law gives you a right to do so.
Your Content
Your content includes scenarios, notes, uploaded documents, pasted URLs, voice input, transcripts, feedback, and other material you provide to TalkPro.
You keep ownership of your content. You grant TalkPro the rights needed to host, process, transmit, analyze, display, and use your content to provide and improve the service.
You are responsible for your content and for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to provide it to TalkPro.
AI And Coaching Output
TalkPro output may include simulated dialogue, transcripts, summaries, SWOT-style analysis, and coaching suggestions generated with AI systems.
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You should review output before relying on it.
TalkPro does not provide legal, financial, medical, employment, or other professional advice. Coaching reports are practice aids, not guarantees of real-world outcomes.
Voice Sessions And Transcripts
TalkPro may process microphone input, audio streams, transcripts, session timing, and related metadata to run live practice conversations and produce post-session reports.
You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before recording, uploading, sharing, or discussing information about another person.
Session quality may depend on your browser, microphone, network, device, and third-party realtime or AI providers.
Billing And Usage Limits
TalkPro may offer free trials, one-time purchases, usage credits, minute limits, and business packages.
Paid purchases are processed by our payment provider. Prices, taxes, included minutes, and package details are shown at checkout or in the product.
Paid public access is based on minute usage rather than subscriptions.
Usage limits, credits, included minutes, and feature availability may change over time. Unused free trial or promotional usage may expire or be limited.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the purchase type, applicable law, and the circumstances of the request.
Where the product or checkout page states a specific refund policy, that policy applies. Otherwise, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Shared Links
TalkPro may let you create links to share conversation snapshots, transcripts, reports, or related session information.
Anyone with a valid shared link may be able to view the shared material. You are responsible for deciding what to share and with whom.
We may disable shared links if needed for security, privacy, abuse prevention, or product operations.
Third-Party Services
TalkPro relies on third-party services for infrastructure, authentication, payments, analytics, realtime communication, transcription, voice, and AI processing.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Availability And Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of TalkPro at any time, including features, limits, providers, and pricing.
We work to keep TalkPro available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.
Termination
You may stop using TalkPro at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if required by law.
After termination, some provisions of these Terms will continue to apply, including payment obligations, ownership provisions, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions.
Disclaimers
TalkPro is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not guarantee that TalkPro will improve your performance, produce a particular business result, or be suitable for every conversation, interview, negotiation, or sales process.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TalkPro and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for claims related to TalkPro will not exceed the amount you paid to use TalkPro in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms as TalkPro changes or as legal requirements evolve.
When changes are material, we will update the date on this page and provide additional notice where appropriate. Continuing to use TalkPro after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
