Practice content, including scenarios you create, optional documents or URLs you provide, voice session transcripts, session metadata, feedback, and coach reports.
Usage data, such as pages visited, feature interactions, device type, browser details, approximate location, referring pages, and diagnostic logs.
Payment data is handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
How We Use Information
To create and manage your account, start practice sessions, generate transcripts, provide coaching analysis, and show your conversation history.
To operate billing, usage limits, free trials, and account support.
To improve TalkPro's reliability, safety, product experience, and model prompts.

Voice, Transcripts, And Uploaded Context
TalkPro is built around simulated business conversations. When you start a session, your microphone input may be processed by voice, transcription, realtime communication, and AI service providers so the conversation can work.
If you upload documents, paste URLs, or add scenario notes, we use that material to create context for the simulated counterpart and any post-session analysis you request.
You should not upload confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information unless you have permission to use it in TalkPro.
Service Providers
We rely on infrastructure, authentication, database, analytics, payment, realtime voice, transcription, and AI providers to run TalkPro.
These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us, subject to their own security and privacy commitments.
